＜要旨＞
ソフトウェア中心の技術領域において，オープンソースと標準化の協働は技術普及に不可欠だが，実装中心的アプローチと仕様中心的アプローチという本質的な相違に起因する構造的課題が指摘されてきた．本稿では，欧州をはじめとする諸外国の研究を基に，知的財産権ポリシーの不整合，ガバナンス構造の相違，開発サイクルの非同期性という三つの構造的制約要因を特定し，これらが協働を阻害するメカニズムを分析する．その上で，自動運転分野のOSS を起点とする標準化戦略の策定にあたり，技術領域ごとの知的財産戦略の相違を踏まえた標準化の対象の戦略的選定と専門支援組織による制度的媒介が重要な検討事項となることを示す．
<Abstract>
Collaboration between open source and standardization is essential for technology adoption in software centric　domains, yet prior research has identified structural challenges arising from fundamental differences between implementation-centric and specification-centric approaches.　Drawing on research from Europe and other countries,　this paper identifies three structural constraints inconsistencies in intellectual property policies, differences in governance structures, and asynchrony of development cycles and analyzes the mechanisms through which they　impede collaboration.　Applied to the autonomous driving domain, the analysis demonstrates that strategic selection of standardization targets based on differences in intellectual property strategies across technical domains and institutional　bridging by specialized support organizations are critical for formulating open source-driven standardization strategies.
