＜要旨＞
社会構造の大きな転換期に差し掛かる中，行政だけが行うまちづくりから，市民が参画するまちづくりへの転換が必要とされている．『ちばレポ（My City Report）』とは，地域で起きている様々な課題を，市民と行政，市民と市民との間で，状況を共有し，合理的，効率的に解決する仕組みである．
<Abstract>
As we near a major turning point in the structure of society, there is a need to change from the system where only the government was focused on carrying out community development, to a system where urban community development is implemented along with the participation of citizens.　The “Chiba-Repo”（My City Report） was created to logically and efficiently resolve local issues by sharing situations between both citizens and the government, and amongst citizens themselves.
