日中韓知財学術協力に見る知財を巡る最新の状況と課題

＜要旨＞
日本と中国と韓国は，重要な隣国同士であり歴史的なつながりも深い．近年では経済的な結びつきがさらに深まっている．また，知財の分野では，日中韓3国を合わせると，知財の出願数では欧米を凌ぎ世界の中心というべき地位にある．日本知財学会は日中韓の学術協力を2010年代から進めてきた．そこでは，日中韓の様々な関係性の変化がありながら，学術団体として継続して協力関係を保ち，2012年から今日に至るまで毎年シンポジウムを持ち回りで開催している．3国が取り組む知財法改正や審査体制の強化の現状，知財をめぐる新しい課題への対応など，毎年，最新，最先端のテーマが議論されてきた．これらの経緯と内容を精査しつつ，日中韓学術協力の意義と今後の展開を議論する．
<Abstract>
Japan, China, and South Korea.　They are important neighbors, but sometimes the distance between them has shifted over time.　On the other hand, the three countries together have surpassed the United States and Europe in intellectual property applications and are considered to be the center of the world.　The IPAJ has been promoting academic cooperation among these countries since the 2010s.　There, they have maintained a firm cooperative relationship as an academic organization and have held symposiums every year on a rotating basis from 2012 to the present.　The latest and cutting-edge topics have been discussed every year, such as the current status of IP law revision and responses to new issues surrounding IP.　The significance of academic cooperation and its future development will be discussed while scrutinizing the history and contents of the symposium.
