<要旨>
「知財人財」は,今後の日本企業の産業・事業の競争力・協創力の強化に関してどれほどの寄与ができうるのだろうか? 
筆者は長年にわたり,本学会の知財学会人財育成分科会を拠点の一つとして「経営・事業に貢献する知財・標準マネジメントとはどうあるべきか,それを担う人々はどう育成すべきか」等を問い続けている.これらを検討・考察するためには,そもそも「次世代の経営や事業に貢献するイノベーションやビジネスモデルとそれを支える知財・標準マネジメントとは何か」「それに貢献できる“知財人財像”とはどのようなものか」を先導的に問い続けることが必要だと考えている.
本論は,まず政府の「知財人材育成総合戦略」および「知財人材育成プラン」のレビューを通じて知財人財像の変容と多様化について考察を行い,その上で今後の次世代知財人財像について議論を行うものである.結論は,知財権利化専門人財,知財マネジメント人財に加え知的資源ディレクション人財をも重視すべき,というものである.
<Abstract>
How much can “intellectual property human capital” contribute to strengthening the competitiveness and co-creation capabilities of Japanese companies’ industries and businesses in the future?
For many years, I have been working as one of my research themes, on the topic of intellectual property and standard management that contributes to management and business, and how to develop those people who are responsible for it, in the committee of human resource development on IP professionals in IPAJ. In order to study and consider these, it is necessary to first ask,“What are the innovations and business models that contribute to next-generation management and business, and what are the intellectual property and standard management that support them?”I believe that it is necessary to continue to take the lead in asking the question: This paper, at first, considers the transformation and diversification of the image of intellectual property human capital through a review of the government’s comprehensive strategy for intellectual property human resource development, and then discusses the image of the next generation of intellectual property human capital.
The conclusion is that “intellectual property human resources” should shift their focus from “intellectual property specialists” to “intellectual property management experts” and then to “intellectual resource direction professionals”.
