＜要旨＞
世界的な食料不足の懸念が広がる中でフードテック分野に熱視線が送られている．本稿においては，「未来の救世主」とも目されるフードテック分野における注目ポイントを企業事例と共に紹介させていただく．その上で今後の方向性として4つのキーワードを紹介する．

The food tech sector is receiving a great deal of attention amidst growing concerns about global food shortages. In this report, we would like to introduce some of the key points of interest in the food tech sector, along with company case studies. We would like to introduce four keywords for the future direction.
