＜要旨＞
中小企業支援と地方創生に関する現状および今後の指針を，「知財推進計画2015」を参照しながら読み説く．中小企業の知財支援の沿革・中小企業の類型ごとの支援方法を解説し，大企業と中小企業がお互いに手を組む補完関係のこれまでと今後の可能性を考察．知財金融と知財ビジネス評価書について解説し，政府政策を補完.
<Abstract>
Dealing with support program provided by Japanese government, with reference to description of “National IP Strategy 2015”, which is related to political target of “Vitalization of Local Economy”. In the report, SMEs are categorized in two whether they have their unique product sold in an unique market. Then, various supports provided by Japanese government are introduced in an omnibus manner, such as technological transfer between SMEs and larger corporation, improving relation between banks and SMEs taking advantage of IPs. Finally, importance of managing IP and legal work in a borderless manner is stated.
